One of Bondi's most stylish Mediterranean inspired Pilates, yoga, breathwork and meditation studios just announced the addition of a new class.

Adding onto their existing 'Mind Bern' and 'Sound Bern' classes, you can now experience the power of harnessing your breath for healing and maintaining inner wellbeing in the latest mindfulness class to make it onto Body by Berner's studio timetable.
 
Led by Max of Bondi Kirtan every Wednesday at 7:30pm, discover the transformative potential of your breath and embark on a journey of self-exploration in this one-hour class. Laying down, you’ll be guided through powerful breathwork modalities designed to work with your body’s physiology to release accumulated stress, leaving you feeling more clear and connected to self, suitable for anyone no matter where you are in your mindfulness journey.
 
Founded by Bernadette Fahey, the Body by Berner studio offers a holistic experience that goes beyond the
typical gym routine to work the whole body and mind, offering Pilates, Yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes in an intimate setting near Bondi Beach. The studio’s design features artful flourishes and a temple-like atmosphere, inspired by Bernadette’s passion for spirituality, design, and fashion.
