Founded by Bernadette Fahey, the new chic studio Body by Berner offers a total body workout experience that goes beyond the typical gym routine offering Pilates, Yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes. Bernadette's innate knowledge of movement and the body is underscored by spirituality, making for a truly holistic sweat session that’s playful, uplifting, and grounded in controlled movement sequences, breathwork, and aromatherapy. The range of classes includes signature mat Pilates, power Pilates combining HIIT, strength and conditioning training for those who like something more intense, Barre Pilates featuring ballet-inspired movements to retro songs, slow rejuvenating Yoga, challenging power Yoga and pre- and post-natal Pilates and Yoga.
