One Playground is here and this is a sleek premium gym that certainly in a league of its own! One Playground (formerly Fitness Playground) has unveiled their newly refurbed Newtown location and it’s a serious game-changer alongside their other three gyms which are all unique and special in their own way.
 
The newly opened Newtown One Playground explores the concept of “training in the clouds” and has been thoughtfully created for its community to elevate their training and help them transcend from the daily hustle and grind. The innovative space has been designed with antique mirrored ceilings above the mezzanine floor, towering columns, in-ground LED lights, a DJ booth for pumping beats to keep your mood high all workout long, and of course top-of-the-range equipment.
 
There are also two studio spaces for gym go-ers to enjoy depending on their preferred workout style including The Battleground for strength and HIIT, and the MindBody studio for all things Yoga, Barre, Pilates and meditation.
 
Fitness Playgrounds rebrand has been driven several key factors including a move beyond just focussing on fitness to a future in health and wellness where fitness is one part of the overall well-being equation and giving gym-goers the luxury of one affordable all-encompassing membership - ‘Becoming One Playground represents our move beyond just fitness, and beyond aesthetics, to become an all-encompassing Playground for all things health and wellness.
