FS8 expands domestically and internationally

 FS8, the workout franchise created by F45 and Australian pro surfer Mick Fanning, is a multi-modality workout combining the principles of Yoga, Pilates and toning into a 45-minute circuit, setting itself apart from F45 through its low impact toning movements and the incorporation of stretching.

Launched in April last year with a goal to open 50 studios around Australia, FS8 has just recently opened two new locations — Mildura, Victoria and Macquarie Park, NSW.

Following these openings, FS8 has now expanded internationally with the very first global studio in Doha, Qatar.
