After officially taking out the title of Overall Pastry Champion for 2022 by the Royal Sydney Fine Food Show in a huge win for coeliacs and healthy eaters alike showcasing just how good gluten-free alternatives can be, Waverly based gluten-free bakery Wholegreen Bakery has announced a new collaboration with Sculptures by the Sea.
 
Health lovers and coeliacs will be able to chow down on mouth-watering gluten-free pastries, including the award-winning sausage rolls, while perusing the art festival from October 21 — November 7. You’ll be able to stroll along the iconic coast while taking in the sculptures and enjoying guilt-free baked goodness at Marks Park between Bondi and Tamarama.
