Come and get Tammy Fit on the East Coast of balmy Bali from 3rd-9th September with the first ever Tammy Fit retreat in Bali this September. For 6 nights and 7 days you will be stepping out of your comfort zone in order to grow stronger both mentally and physically. In the beautiful surroundings of Bali, we will set goals, fuel our bodies with clean nutritious food, build our community and get fit! 

This is something we’ve never done before and I’m grateful that it gives me the opportunity to connect and share the tools that I have learnt along the way!
