This October, FitHer – Australia’s largest and only consumer health and fitness expo focused on women – is taking over ICC Sydney. Featuring some of Australia’s most loved trainers, interactive events, product demonstrations, live workouts, exhibits and more, this expo is designed for women of all ages who want to become the fittest versions of themselves.

With more and more women feeling the pressure of the ‘hustle ‘n grind’ culture, the FitHer expo aims to help motivate women to be healthier, happier and fitter than ever before. The action-packed, two-day expo, held from 7-8 October in Sydney, will bring together a range of exciting fitness brands from around the country to share the latest in women’s health and fitness. With categories as diverse as fashion, nutrition, beauty, travel and lifestyle, the expo is set to attract women of all ages. There will be 150+ exhibitors at the event, with some exciting brands soon to be announced. There will also be 6 live talks on stage + 7 live workouts each day.

FitHer CEO + Founder, Emma Price notes “Health and fitness is an important part of my life and like many women this slips down on my list of priorities. I wanted to create a movement to inspire women to be the fittest version of themselves (whatever that looks like) and empower them to shift the focus and prioritise their health. In this online world we live it, I wanted to bring back the personal connection, where woman can see, feel and try products rather than relying on online reviews and content to make their choices.”
Impressively, FitHer has also managed to secure some of Australia’s most loved (and respected) trainers to host live workouts, demonstrations and more, including headlining trainer Kayla Itsines. Other featured trainers include SWEAT’s Katie Martin, as well as internet sensation Chontel Duncan and Kic founders Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw – with more to be announced shortly (sign up to their newsletter to be in the know).

Itsines, who has over 16 million followers on Instagram alone, is particularly excited about the event and for what will be her first bootcamp of 2023.

"As a trainer and advocate for women’s wellbeing, I cannot wait to be a part of an event that is all about inspiring and connecting women,” she says. “It’s not just a bootcamp – come and join me and so many others for a FULL line-up of guest speakers, products, and live workouts. Get ready!!!"

FitHer will be held 7-8 October at the International Convention Centre from 10am-5pm (Saturday) and 10am-4pm (Sunday). Entry is free and tickets will be released in the next week.
