Set to open its first location in Collingwood Melbourne, the space will offer a range of health and fitness services that empower members to focus on health, enhanced recovery, and healing. Work up a sweat at the chic gym and Pilates and Yoga studio, fuel up at the wholefoods café, connect in the sunken social lounge, and rejuvenate and recover with a range of wellness services including IV drips, cupping, infrared sauna, ice bath, PEMF mat sessions, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, acupuncture, lymphatic compression, massage, and assisted stretching.
 
What sets Saint Haven apart from standard health spaces is its blending of ancient medicine with modern technology with every single detail having been designed to optimize health and wellbeing as well as a focus on social connection and community. The sanctuary celebrates both ancient wisdom and modern science, from its mineral-infused 38-degree thermal pool, tranquil Meditation Cave, traditional Finnish sauna, and Turkish hammam steam room to the UV-treated air, filtered water stations, and limited use of blue-light exposure.
 
The new cutting-edge space will also offer members access to Australia's most comprehensive and holistic annual health check for true preventative health. The medical markers help inform highly personalized health and wellness plans for the year ahead, including nutrition, sleep, recovery, mindfulness, and training, so members can utilise the haven’s services best depending on personal health goals and needs.
