After 10 years, LUXE Yoga and Fitness in Brookvale is entering a new era to become a coveted wellness collective hub for all those on the Northern Beaches keen to embrace fitness and health while connecting with likeminded locals looking to escape the everyday stress of modern life.
 
Joining many of the existing renowned classes will be added offerings of a variety of workshops, from Breathwork and Sound Healing to Human Design & Ayurvedic Nutrition. LUXE will also now become the home of Yoga + Unwined events and retreats.
 
Arrive for the first class of the day and be welcomed with an immunity boost elixr, or come for the last session on a Friday and you’ll have the opportunity to unwined with the LUXE crew. Our café will also be launching a new menu soon – the perfect way to relax after class with a coffee or delicious snack.
 
The only place on the Northern Beaches where you can find the perfect blend of the intensity in Hiit classes like Melt & Cycle as well as the mindful balance and strengthening from Barre & Pilates to all forms of Yoga from Flow, Yin, Meditation to Mobility & Functional, Aerial and for the kids our special Mindful Minis which incorporates yoga and mindful craft for kindy and primary school friends. 
 
Pop up consultation sessions will also be on offer to fulfill member’s ever-changing needs with all suggestions welcomed.
 
“LUXE will be a home away from home for our members and the community, with a new garden oasis to connect and unwind,” says Jade Rodriguez, the new owner of LUXE who is also an experienced yoga instructor and will officially take over the space from 1 December.
