Mood Active's FREE 4 Week Wellbeing Workout will teach you how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers, all while building confidence.
These 2 hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise and provide a taste test of Mood Active's wide range of casual classes, including Body Circuit, Core & Mobility, HIIT and Strength. Designed by a Psychologist and Master's of Coaching graduate, the program provides practical tips and tricks based on psycho-social education and adult learning techniques.
This program is designed for teenagers 16-18 and adults 18-65 who want to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise. A live Mandarin translator will be present.
