Olympian Steph Rice becomes F45 Ambassador

Three times gold medallist Stephanie Rice has become the newest ambassador for functional training gym F45 Training.

“Being physically fit and healthy keeps my mind that way too. F45 is the world's best workout. That's one of the many reasons I'm excited to join the F45 family.”

To kick off the partnership, a meet and greet with the Olympian was held at the F45 Track Event last weekend.
