Red Paddle Co joins forces with Sea Gals, empowering Women with mental health & body acceptance

Red Paddle Co have recently partnered up with Sea Gals, a women's swimming community-based in Perth, promoting mental health, body acceptance and sunrise swims.
 
Sea Gals was founded by Tara Jeisman, who says: “Since starting the Sea Gals, my life has changed. I was never a beach person or a morning person, and now I run something that combines those two things! I have made lifelong friends with the girls in the Sea Gals team - and we never knew each other before starting the community. I am so much more confident in my body and my life purpose because I get to be with so many amazing women so early in the morning.
 
I have learnt a lot and feel so empowered by the women I have met since starting Sea Gals a year and a half ago, along with the businesses we’ve been grateful to collaborate with. This community is my life and always will be. I have such a passion for what we do and the smiles and conversations that come out of our events.”
 
Red Paddle Co are thrilled to support Sea Gals and their mission to inspire more women to get in the water and live their best life.
