If you and your partner- or the bestie you’re having a date night with- are both health-conscious, this is the organic, delish dinner where you can celebrate your love this V Day. Love is in the air…and on your plate at Ruby Lane this Valentine’s Day. Most of us Aussies have visited the sun-drenched shores of the Island of the Gods at least once, and if you’re missing those mouth-watering Balinese eats then this is a dream come true. On the 14th February Ruby Lane will be whipping up a three-course Balinese-themed dinner that’s gluten-free and dairy-free, with a fun drinks list that even includes Balinese healing elixir Jamu Jamu. Kick things off with a fresh green mango salad and satay skewers. For mains, vegans will tuck into a tofu rendang while there’s slow-cooked bebek betutu for the meat eaters, and dadar gulung (those Balinese coconut pancakes that you’ve likely been served at breakfast in your Balinese hotel) and crepes with jackfruit for dessert. Ruby Lane is an organic, wholefood eatery and grocer set in the Northern Beaches providing a place where you can trust the food on the menu when you’re eating out and inspiring you to make healthy eating a social choice. Already drooling? Us too. Tickets are just $69 each with two seatings at 7pm and 7:30pm, but spaces are limited to 40 and almost sold out so you better get in quick!
