Alongside Social Remedy’s existing suite of functional fitness and holistic wellbeing classes including the Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Breathwork and ‘Build, Breath, Bath’, you can now recharge after a sweat sesh or stressful work week inside the studio’s newly built recovery space. Sweat out toxins and soothe your muscles with heat inside the Finnish sauna (90°C), Steam Room or Infrared Sauna, reduce inflammation and relieve sore muscles in one of the many ice baths or Cryo & Hyperbaric Chambers, rejuvenate your mind and body and boost your immunity and energy with a nutrient infusion of vitamins, minerals and amino acids or improve blood flow and tissue repair with compression therapy. The space has been designed with the saunas, steam room, open shower and ice baths in the same room so you can easily book yourself in for some hot/cold therapy for optimum recovery and rotate between the different recovery modalities. Access is available at an hourly rate of $40 for members and $45 for non-members. The best bit? You don’t need a booking and can grab a crew and recover together with the space designed for recovery in a social kind of way.
