Central Coast locals are about to get a new place to train, recover and unwind, with Revive X opening in Berkeley Vale this October and bringing Pilates, infrared saunas, cold plunges, magnesium pools and a stack of recovery therapies together under one roof. The new wellness space has been split into two studios, with one dedicated to Pilates and the other operating as a recovery studio and bathhouse. Pilates here is designed to fit around your day. Members can choose from thousands of on-demand reformer and mat Pilates classes, book a time that suits and complete their session independently, without being tied to a set class timetable. Next door, you’ll find the recovery studio and bathhouse. The recovery studio features eight private infrared saunas, eight cold plunge pools at varying temperatures and two magnesium pools, alongside compression suits, infrared LED masks and a lymphatic roller. There are also two microbaric sauna chambers, which combine infrared heat with enriched oxygen delivered via a nasal cannula while you relax inside a private timber-lined pod. The idea is to make it possible to combine several modalities in the same visit, rather than booking individual recovery treatments across different locations. Revive X will be open from 5am until 10pm daily, with three foundation memberships currently available. Unlimited Pilates starts at $40 per week, recovery access at $45 per week, or $60 per week gets you access to both. Most recovery facilities are included on an unlimited basis, while microbaric sauna sessions are capped at two per week. Casual sessions will also be available for those who aren't ready to commit to a membership. You'll find Revive X at 3/7 Enterprise Drive, Berkeley Vale, with the studio scheduled to open in early October.
